INSURANCE
If you have dental insurance, we are ready to help you receive your maximum allowable benefits. In order to achieve these goals, we need your assistance and your understanding of our payment policy.
Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered unless payment arrangements have been approved in advance by our staff. We accept cash, checks, Care Credit and major credit cards.
We do accept assignment of benefits from most insurance companies and will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. However, we do ask that you pay your deductibles and co-payments at the time of your visit. Please bring your insurance card at your first visit.
We will gladly discuss your proposed treatment and answer any questions relating to your insurance. Because there are so many policies we cannot know everything about each policy. We can give you general guidelines as to possible insurance coverage, but if there is any question, just bring your policy booklet with you.
As dental care providers, we must emphasize that our relationship is with you, not your insurance company. While the filing of your insurance claims is a courtesy we extend to our patients, all charges are you financial responsibility from the date of service. We realize that temporary financial setbacks may affect the timely payment of your account. If such problems arise, we encourage you to contact us promptly for assistance in the management of your account.
We accept all insurance, but are only contracted with Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna. If you have any questions about insurance or finances please don't hesitate to call our office.
