APPOINTMENTS
Our office will be closed at times when we are away attending continuing education programs to increase our skills and maintain knowledge of the latest developments in dentistry. These programs enable us to better serve you.
Our answering machine will always be available to take messages when the office is closed. It will also instruct you who to call for care in our absence.
If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. We ask that you please give us at least 24 hours notice in order to help others who may need care at that time.
EMERGENCY CARE
We recognize that emergency situations do arise and we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly. If you do have such a problem, please call us early in the day if possible. If the emergency arises when the office is closed, call Dr Coad and leave a message on the answering machine. An After-hours number is always provided on the answering machine.
